Is designed for processing and destruction of petroleum products, removal of suspended sol ids, Synthetic surfactants, reduction of COD, BOD up to 70%. This unit also removes most organic pollutants and virtually all pathogenic flora, viruses, bacteria. Pollutants and practically all pathogenic flora, viruses, bacteria.

As a result of electroflotation, oxygen and hydrogen are formed in wastewater in the form of tiny bubbles. These bubbles raise the remaining dispersed substances and organic pollutants to the surface, removed oils and fats. The percentage of reduction of COD and BOD is up to 80 %.
(1) anode oxidation, in which the metal cations (Al or Fe) are generated;
(2) water is electrolyzed in the cathode, producing small hydrogen bubbles and
hydroxide;
(3) solution reactions, in which metal ions react with hydroxide to form hydroxy complexes, which adsorb the pollutants, form coagulants, and can then be separated by coagulation/flocculation processes

In the process of electrochemical oxidation, various types of difficult-tooxidize organic pollutants are destroyed by the action of reactive oxygen species. Allows to reduce COD and BOD up to 95%.

In electro-oxidation, process pollutants are removed by two methods:
1) direct electrolysis;
2) indirect electrolysis.

In direct electrolysis, the pollutants are first adsorbed on the anode surface. Then the pollutant present on the anode surface gets oxidized. The required oxygen is produced from the water.

In indirect electrolysis the pollutants are not directly adsorbed on the anodic surface instead they are oxidized by the chemically produced redox substances.

Ultrafiltration unit for the removal of all colloidal substances, turbidity, colour, etc. Low-pressure osmotic filtration unit allows to completely remove residual content of large charged particles (multivalent ions) from water, reduces water colour, provides removal of salts, general reduction of dissolved substances.

Sorption filter is used to removal of residual organic contaminants, traces of oil products, removal of
smell , colour and increasing transparency of treated water.
